Five reasons to study in the UK right now

There are at least 100 reasons to study in the UK; but let’s start with 5 and see what you think.

  1. It’s a gateway to Europe and Asia, and we all know traveling is the backbone of a well-rounded world citizen, especially in today’s job market. The UK is also a great place for internal tourism, with a very unique culture and history that is worth learning about.
  2. The UK is home to some of the world’s oldest and most prestigious universities. These institutions have stood the test of time for a reason: quality education and world-class faculty.
  3. It is considerably cheaper than some other alternatives. The average tuition cost is $25,000 – but public institutions range between $10,000 and $20,000. And you would be getting an education that will be recognized anywhere in the world.
  4. Shorter undergraduate and graduate degrees mean you’ll be out in the job market sooner than you would anywhere else in the world, and also that you’ll shave off some tuition and accommodation costs.
  5. There are opportunities (granted, with some limits) to work as an international student while you study for some extra cash. This might be important if you are a little tight financially, since many countries won’t allow international students to work while they study.
  6. The Queen!
